We've spent the last couple of days enjoying Dallas' hospitality.
The Old Red Courthouse Building.
Right next door was the JFK Memorial. Decided against doing one of the many JFK tours. I've always felt a profound sadness about him and didn't want to risk the "ugly" cry in public.
Barron and Queen are the pet swans at the hotel.
Dallas peak hour traffic, no worse than the Gateway at 7am.
The indoor skating rink at the shopping centre. As a Queenslander, I've always been secretly proud of the fact I can stand on ice skates. That confidence has completely disappeared after watching kids as young as 4 skating, dancing and twirling.
Tomorrow we fly to Austin.
