Didn't get around to posting these yesterday. The race finished late and it was 1.30am by the time we got back to the hotel. Not that I'm complaijing the action on the track was worth it.
The amount of people and trailers needs to be seen to be believed. It was quite a spectacle.
We were right opposite Marcos Ambrose's pitbox. Had a birdseye view when the drama unfolded.
The camera cable snapped and landed on the track.
Marcos drove over it and it wrapped around the underneath of the car. Alan had hired the on track scanner headphones for the weekend so we were listening in on all the conversations between Marcos and his spotter. It was very entertaining.
