Can I reorder a colour?
All of our Hand Dyed Products have a Name or Colour Code for reordering. Please be aware that slight differences may occur between dyelots.
Is the image colour accurate?
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the colour. However colour variations may occur due to differences in computer monitors.
What fabrics do you use?
All of Trishalan Designs Hand Dyed and Hand Printed Fabrics are 100% Cotton. Fabric is available in two weights, Homespun or Lawn.
Are the Fabric and Threads Colourfast?
All of our Hand Dyed products are thoroughly rinsed to remove excess dye. They are then double washed. Fabrics are washed with a white towel, threads dried on same towel, to further check that excess dye has been removed. We recommend testing fabric with your preferred laundry product. If you are planning to use with a commercial fabric please prewash the commercial fabric to ensure that commercial fabric has been pre-shrunk .
If I order Fabric will it look exactly like the image?
Fabric Colourways are repeatable however variations in the exact colour and design may occur and should not be considered an imperfection.

Australian Orders: We pride ourselves on keeping postage costs down to make ordering from us affordable. A revised invoice will be sent via PayPal once postage has been calculated. All product items have weight or package size listed in description if you'd like to pay your postage at the intial order.

Small Letters within Australia : 55cents
Large Letters within Australia:
up to 125g: $1.10 cents
125 - 250g: $1.65
Large letters are no thicker than 20mm
Small Parcels within Australia:
up to 250g: $5.30
250g - 500g: $6.50
International Postage: Due to the varying rates between countries, postage is not automatically calculated by the shopping cart. We will contact you via email with the postage cost before processing your order. Custom's Forms will reflect the actual value of the content.
In all cases, the most effective and efficient postage method will be chosen. Excess postage will ALWAYS be refunded via Paypal.
Insurance is not included in the quoted postage fees. Trishalan Designs will not be held accountable for
non-delivery of goods. Please email us if you wish to add insurance to your parcel.
Refund Policy: While your satisfaction is important to Trishalan Designs we do not accept returns if you have changed your mind. If however the goods are faulty or do not do as they are supposed to Trishalan Designs will issue an exchange or refund. Refunds are not available on classes, stitchery or kumihimo kits.You must notify us within 7 days in writng. Refunds will be processed via PayPal once the item has been returned to us. All returned products must be in the original packaging, as-sold, seals unbroken, re-saleable item condition, unused and be accompanied by proof of purchase. You are requested to return the the products by insured post and retain the postal receipt. You are responsible for delivering the returned products securely to Trishalan Designs. The Customer is liable for any postage charges incurred when returning the goods to us.
